TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Used the Sports Clip app and was provided time the stylist would be available. When I arrived one minute early, she had just started cutting another customer’s hair and said I would need to wait until she was finished. Told me the app is not a guaranteed time.

No stars is accurate. We have had no problems in the past but tonight drew the short straw. The stylist gave me attitude when I asked her to cut my sons hair shorter. Then to proceeded to botch it. I received a refund but still unhappy.
