Horrible Experience: I walked out and didn’t even bother getting a haircut. Their website is garbage. It tells you to check in online to get an available time; I went on when they opened, it told me. I couldn’t, I called 10 minutes after the opened and no one answered the phone. I finally get a text from their app saying I can check in. I immediately check in and I have 15 people ahead of me. Very poor system: they need to take appts like every hair cut establishment out there. I walked in b/c I thought my appt was 20 minutes after b/c that’s what the app told me and I’m told I have a 44 minute wait. No thanks. I will not be bothering with this company anymore at this point.
